How long does my order take to ship?

Ready-made items are typically packed and dispatched within 2–5 business days.

Made-to-order pieces, including many of my handcrafted creations, require additional time to create before shipping. Production times will be listed on each product page, but if you have a deadline in mind, please feel free to get in touch before ordering.

Every piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely at its new home.

Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, I currently ship within Australia only.

As Lucky Kottage Creations continues to grow, I hope to offer international shipping in the future. If you're located outside Australia and are interested in a particular piece, you're welcome to contact me, and I'll see if I can help.

What is your return policy?

Due to the handmade nature of my work, I do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. I'll always do my best to find a fair solution.

Please remember that each handmade piece is unique. Small variations in colour, shape, and finish are a natural part of handcrafted art and are what make every creation one of a kind.
